  • 缺失TCF-1导致小鼠肠系膜淋巴结中的生发中心B细胞及浆细胞减少,并降低肠道中的IgA水平及IgA结合细菌数量;
  • 在致病菌感染小鼠模型中,TCF-1对于Tfh细胞分化、生发中心应答及抗原特异性IgA产生是必需的;
  • TCF-1缺失小鼠肠道菌群组成及功能发生变化,肠球菌属等促炎症菌增加,乳杆菌属及双歧杆菌属等有益菌减少;
  • TCF-1缺失小鼠表现出更严重的DSS诱导结肠炎;
  • 相比于移植野生型小鼠的粪菌,移植TCF-1缺失小鼠的粪菌可恶化DSS诱导结肠炎。

The diversity and composition of gut microbiota play critical roles for maintaining the homeostasis of host commensal bacteria which are correlated with mammalian health (Ding and Schloss, 2014). Disorder of microbial community is implicated in the pathogenesis of several human diseases, such as autoimmune disease, allergy, diabetes, obesity, and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), which is clearly demonstrated to relate to gut dysbiosis in patients and mouse models (Saleh and Elson, 2011).
